I have been using the add more string to the seerving area. Thanks for showing the tape. Am in the process of making new strings now and will use this method.

Let me clear something up..... For me I,m trying to get away from the gizzmos and gadgits...... I fully agree that quickest,cleanest kill is the highest goal . I,m with Gray, you want to elk hunting ,I,ll help you set up the bow ....... To get what you want it will take about 1 to 2 hours to set up ...

Just my 2 cents here.... I used my old trophy hunter release on my recurve with a D loop after tuning for it. It would shoot some of the tightest groups you will ever see out of a recurve.... Then it came to me " Hay stupid this is why you hung up the compounds,,,, to many gizzmos and dodads getting...
