um question

um any one got any extremely cheap ideas for making a arm guard ? i seem to have lost mine and now my arm is bruised cuz i didn't have one to shoot with.... so... any ideas?

cheap Shakespeare casting rod 5' and a Shakespeare spinning rod 6'3" the bait i use is the cheap artificial bails , i don't normally have the money for the live baits places i fish are mostly rivers and small lakes basically any water spot with in 10 miles of walking distance i have no car or driver...
