Re: 1959 Kodiak 4 St.J done at last

Doc Great work as usual. Ron That is a beautiful arm-guard Screwed up? Its a donation for St Judes, so we do the best we can and call it good. I am just glad you took on the restoration BD, and it might be quite on all the sites, but plenty of lurkers are around watching. I just got back from Ensena...

WOW
That thing is out of control, what a awesome looking '59 package

The arrows come from our very own Daryl Damron, just awesome examples of Bear cresting.

Nice work everyone, that should make some good $'s for the kids

WOW Ray that really did come out nice!! When I started scrapping the old cracked finish off that zebra wood, it made me sad that the old girl was done. I had only read that Mike was re-limbing bows and that the 1st guy was very happy with the work. Ray was willing to be the Guinea pig, Thanks for th...

Re: Altering a 1960 Kodiak to be Like Fred Bear's Bows

Hey Bill I have seen quite a few restoration threads that start with " I am not very good with tools" but with the help they get here, and a bit of extra elbow grease, by the end, very few of them would be an embarrassment on mine or anyone else's rack. I am the worst at documenting before and after...

Could you give us a close up view of your recurves?
